This book goes through the author's experience with bipolar disorder that developed during her senior year of high school. She tells of how even with this difficult trial, she found a way to get help to control the symptoms that come with bipolar. She encourages others to understand those who also undergo bipolar and that those who do have it that they can find help and make their situation better. towards the end of the book, she explains different types and forms of bipolar disorder.

I would recommend this book to people who like to read personal accounts of their struggles. If they do not like learning about other people's lives that they wouldn't enjoy this book. I would not recommend this book to younger children or those in middle school either.

I enjoyed reading this book. It had romance, comedy, and what it feels like to be a misunderstood teen. It shows two ideas of how someone can feel about something. It snows forgiveness, guilt, and someone trying to better themself.

I recommend you read this book if you love reading about how someone deals with guilt, forgiveness, and confusion. It has a little romance, but doesn't focus in on it much. I don't recommend this book if you deny being someone feeling guilt.
