This story is about a fiery red headed girl named Eleanor. She comes from a life of family struggles who is ready to start fresh and gain new memories and friendships. The story takes place in 1986 when she rides the bus for the first time and she meets a shy Korean boy names Park. They soon bond over their love of comic books and music. Due to this, it starts a friendship which grows into a life time of memories.
This book is an amazing read that I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys romance novels. Even though this book is filled with romance, it also contains drama that touches upon the struggles of being a teenager such as bullying and standing against conformity. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone who enjoys gory and violent books.
