Halo: The Flood

The ship Pillar of Autumn unexpectedly runs into a species known as the "flood" but little did they know that they were the greatest threat ahead of them. The UNSC sets on a journey to find a legendary artifact supposedly able to destroy this new foe they found, considering that they are a species who is able to reproduce and infect too quickly to  just kill off, this artifact was their only chance. They end up finding it and uncovering some secrets to it but the book leaves it at that and finishes it in the next one.

People who would most likely read this would be people who like space battles and futuristic things or ones that have even played the game like me. The quality of the book is more of a higher quality considering that there is semi large to large words that younger readers so definitely recommended to older readers besides the fact there is violence. If you are looking into reading these books I would consider reading into them before you start because there aren't really numbers to tell you which order the books are in.
